Backward compatibility
This remake is somewhat backward compatible with my original NieR Automata overwhelming. and is upgraded so you canrewrite the old torrent with the new one.
Lost VS Lossless
I do not like the compression of losses, but this game proves that developers sometimes have to use brains.
Most of the recommended videos in NieR have a resolution of 1600×904, even with the right FullHD. And the developersthey use extremely high speeds for them, up to 40 MBbit / second with 30 FPS.
And I have to add that cut scenes (previously engineered by the game in movie files) occupy more than 50% of the files played in GB.
So I made the option to download a lota smaller archive of re-coded videos.
They still look pretty good at a speed of 5 ~ 6 MBit / sec. You can download and compare this example:
